If desired, it is possible to connect the drainage hose to Albert for permanent water drainage without removing the water tank (see picture 1). In this case, connect the hose to the unit (see picture 3) through the hole in the back of Albert (picture 2). Place the other end of the drainage hose in a water outlet. Please make sure the end of the hose is lower than the spout, otherwise the water will not drain and flooding may occur.

Yes, it has a memory of 24 hours and switches back on after the power supply is interrupted. Albert even has an integrated timer where the switch on and switch off times can be programmed to the exact minute.

You may have positioned the hygrometer too far away from Albert. In order to compare both readings, it is important that the external measuring device is in the right place. Therefore, position your hygrometer by the air inlet at the back of Albert. Please note that every sensor, even that of Albert, has a tolerance range of usually +/- 5 %.

Your Albert needs a technical inspection by our service technician. Please return your Albert to the retail store where you purchased him from.

Please make sure the settings of your device are as per the operating instructions. The desired level of humidity may have already been reached. If this is not the case and Albert still does not dehumidify, return it to the retailer shop where you purchased it.
