Frequently asked questions about Anna

No, a minimum distance of 50 cm from the wall is required for air circulation. Otherwise, the device would overheat. Due to the fact that Anna had been designed as a floor or table heater, you would do this at your own risk.

No, due to safety reasons a fan heater must not be left unattended.

You have probably not waited long enough. After setting the thermostat accordingly, Anna switches back on automatically when the room temperature falls. Please note that it takes a few minutes after the automatic switch off until the heater switches back on again. You can set the thermostat a little higher and Anna will switch back on again.

Anna is not splash-proof and may not be used near water and in high humidity for safety reasons. If the humidity in the bathroom is high (e.g. after a shower), this can lead to Anna short-circuiting. Most heaters on the market are not suitable for use in the bathroom. Classification IP21 points out the protection against splashes.
