Nice looking, some details a bit flimsy.

I enjoy the design but some parts are really flimsy, such as the fan blades and the plastic hub in the middle of the blades. The screw that locks one of the fan cage's tabs broke during assembly. The threads are probably close to being stripped. The design of the blades are somewhat lacking as well, just thin aluminium sheets with a slight curvature; not impressed. For the price I expected more of a robust product.

Very good product, but above all "Best Customer Service" I have experienced

I bought Charlie a few years back. Didn't know Stadler Form as a company back then, but we loved the design. It was proven to be a very well built, solid and strong fan, serving us every summer for really long hours!!!
This year, the motor started making some noises, so I called the firm to see if they could repair.
The friendliest and speediest response and approach I have ever experienced from any company on after sales service!
The product was repaired and ready in 3 days, but the most important thing was the friendliness of the staff!
Congratulations to the whole Stadler Form team!!!

Ein Klassiker in neuer Ausgabe

Dieser Ventilator ist ein Klassiker in neuer Ausgabe.
Schönes klassisches Design, das jedoch durch neue Technologie ergänzt wurde.
Daraus ergibt sich ein kräftiger Luftstrahl, der aus einem leisen Motor erzeugt wird.

Bitte anderswo als China herstellen.

Es ist korrekt, dass unsere Produkte – wie in der Branche üblich – in China produziert werden. Was bei uns anders ist: erstens passiert die gesamte Entwicklung sowie das Design in unseren Büros in Zug, geleitet von unserem Gründer und CEO Martin Stadler. Zweitens arbeiten wir eng mit unseren Produzenten in China zusammen. Daraus haben sich Partnerschaften entwickelt, welche zum Teil seit 20 Jahren bestehen.

The color is not the same

I like the structure, the feeling, the design. I think it's a well done product.

But the real color is not the same. With the pictures you will think that is a chrome or silver fan....no it's not like this

Outstanding after sales service

I had bought my Charly Floor, which I love, from a reseller website back in 2012. We have damaged the motor last summer - the kids misplaced it during the night while functioning, so it fell and burned out (no flame just stopped working). I have emailed Stadler Form customer service and they have sent me even if out of warranty a brand new ready to install spare part without any costs, not even shipping ones, which arrived to Greece in just 2 days in the mid of Covid craziness. I am amazed; that is what I call outstanding customer service!
