2 year warranty
Your Stadler Form roommate is no longer working. What now? You have a 2-year warranty on all electronic appliances (for further details, please refer to our terms & conditions and instruction manuals).
Consumables, such as replacement filters for humidifier or air purifiers, water cube, cleaner & descaler or fragrance oils, are excluded from warranty.
We love our products and our environment. For this reason, we do not simply replace a defective product but repair it whenever possible.
30 days return policy
You ordered the wrong product or you don't like what you got? You can cancel your order within 30 days if the following requirements are met. The product is still in its original packaging and unused? If this is the case, we will refund you with the full amount. Please note that due to hygienic reasons, we cannot take back products that have already been used, such as humidifier or air purifier filters.
Please get in touch with us prior to sending your product back.
The return costs are at your expense.
