FAQs about neutralising odours 💡

Air washers can remove bad odours to a limited extent. An air purifier with an activated carbon filter is suitable for targeted and efficient odour removal. Activated carbon adsorbs odours and neutralises them.

The recommended room size is based on the CADR value (Clean Air Delivery Rate), which indicates how much clean air the device produces per minute. The calculation is based on the desired air exchange rate per hour. We calculate a 1-time air exchange per hour: Room size (m²) = (CADR value in m³/h) ÷ room height (m). Example: An air purifier with a 465 m³/h CADR in a room with a 2.5 m ceiling height is suitable for approximately 186 m². If a higher air exchange rate is required, the recommended room size decreases accordingly.
