When it gets uncomfortably hot indoors, the mobile air conditioner Emil provides relief. Thanks to the integrated window sealing kit, installation is quick and easy. Emil not only provides cooling, but also impresses with his compact design. With a cooling capacity of 9,000 BTU per hour, Emil is ideal for air conditioning living and working spaces. Emil can also be operated via app, allowing you to control the room climate while on the move. The desired temperature can be set between 16–31 °C according to your personal comfort – now you can beat the heat in style.

Please read through the operating instructions carefully before you use the appliance for the first time and keep them safely for later reference; if necessary pass them on to the next owner.
- Caution: The appliance contains R290 (flammable refrigerant). Avoid damaging the refrigerant circuit. R290 (flammable refrigerant) is odourless.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, or its service agent, or a qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
- Stadler Form refuses all liability for loss or damage that arises as a result of failure to follow these operating instructions.
- The appliance is only to be used in the home for the purposes described in these instructions. Unauthorised use and technical modifications to the appliance can lead to danger to life and health.
- The device must only be connected to a properly installed, easily accessible power socket.
- Prior to any maintenance, cleaning and after each use, switch off the appliance and unplug the mains cable from the socket.
- The device must not be switched on or off by plugging in or unplugging the mains cable.
- For indoor use only.
- Do not store the appliance outdoors.
- Always transport the air conditioner in an upright position. Before using the air conditioner for the first time, leave it standing in an upright position for 24 hours. Always stand the air conditioner in an upright position immediately after transporting the appliance and wait for at least 60 minutes before switching it on. The water tank must be emptied every time before transport.
- Place the air conditioner on a firm, even, waterproof surface. Make sure it is standing securely so that the air conditioner cannot tip over or fall down. If it tipped over, please pull out the plug at once. Water can damage furniture and floor coverings.
- Unwind the cord completely. An incompletely unwound cord can lead to overheating and cause a fire.
- The power cord must not be damaged, pinched, bent, or run over sharp edges.
- Do not immerse the air conditioner into water or any other liquids and do not pour water or any other liquids onto the appliance or into the air intake and air outflow vents.
- Do not use the appliance in immediate vicinity of a bath tub, a shower or a swimming pool (observe a minimum distance of 3m). Place the appliance such that a person in the bath tub cannot touch the appliance.
- Do not place the appliance near a heat source. Do not subject the power cord to direct heat (such as a heated hotplate, open flames, hot iron sole plates or heaters for example). Protect power cords from oil.
- Do not use the air conditioner if it is faulty or could show signs of damage, or if it is not functioning correctly. Disconnect the plug from the power socket.
- Never insert your fingers or any other objects into the air inlet or outlet. Do not cover the appliance during operation.
- Do not sit or stand on the appliance.
- The device must not be pierced, crushed, heated, or burned.
- Discard of the water in the water tank when the tank is full.
- Do not operate the appliance in a closed area such as inside a closet, as it may cause a fire.
- Warning: the appliance shall be installed, operated and stored in a room with a floor area not less than the minimum room area (12m2 ).
- A minimum distance of 50 cm must be maintained to walls and other objects to ensure that air can circulate freely and that no water can drip onto the appliance.
- If using the appliance with the drainage hose, make sure the end of the hose is lower than the spout, otherwise the water will not drain and flooding may occur.
- If any parts of the appliance are damaged, please contact the retailer or a designated repair shop.
- Details of type and rating of fuses: type T, 250 V~ (AC) 3.15A.
- The air conditioner functions optimally at a room temperature of between 18 °C and 35 °C. In case of lower temperatures, the DEFROST mode is activated too frequently. The highest operating temperature is 35 °C and the relative humidity is 90%.
- The appliance must not be operated at temperatures below 0 °C. In freezing conditions, moisture can condense and freeze in the exhaust air hose, which can impair the function of the appliance.
- Ensure that the exhaust air hose is placed freely and is not kinked or covered. A blockage will impair the cooling performance and can lead to a malfunction of the appliance.
- Prolonged exposure to the direct air flow from the air conditioner may negatively impact your health. Do not expose people, pets, or plants nearby to the direct airflow for a extended period of time.
Quick to set up
Everything you need to use Emil is included in the delivery. Simply attach the window sealing to the window frame and feed the exhaust hose through the opening – done.
The frame circumference of the window should not exceed four meters.
Device control however you like
Emil can be controlled either on the device itself, via remote control or via Wi-Fi using the app. This means you can control the temperature while on the move and look forward to a cool room.
Practical timer function
The timer function allows you to control Emil individually. The weekly schedule in the app offers you control tailored to your needs for each day of the week.
Dimmable LEDs
The LEDs can be dimmed and the display switched off. This makes the air conditioner suitable for bedrooms and children's rooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
Unnecessary lugging around? Not with Emil
The practical transport castors enable mobile and flexible use. To emphasise Emil's elegant appearance, these are invisibly integrated into the base.
3-in-1 device
Emil has three functions: in cooling mode, he reduces the current room temperature; in dehumidification mode, he removes moisture from the air; and in fan mode, he provides a pleasant breeze.
