Kundendienst

Anna hatte ein kleines Problem. Das Service Team hat das superfreundlich und äusserst schnell gelöst. Bei Stadler Form hat man Kontakt mit richtigen Menschen. Kein Tastendrücken, keine Wartemusik hören, kein "intelligenter" Computer mit dummen Antworten. Eine überraschende Kundenerfahrung - herzlichen Dank.

I use it a lot

I like it and I use it a lot, but I don't understand if I can wash the filter with water.
Someone can help me?

Dear Claudia, Yes, you can. The grid of Anna little is detachable. Please take off the grid and remove the air filter. You may wash out the air filter with a little bit of soap and warm water. Rinse it well and let it dry completely before you put it back on the air inlet and reattach the grid. Best regards, your Stadler Form Team

Is it really 900w on half power?, its a great heater but you cant run it off a limited inverter (600w). The other product suggestion would be a fan on, heat off option for warm weather.

Nice, but strange smell

i've owned my Anna Little for a little over a week. My wife hates the smell that comes out when it's on. Maybe this will dissipate? Otherwise i like the unit and would give it *****. Very attractive and works well.

Dear Jeff, Some of our customers find the smell of the air that comes out of Anna little in the first few hours after putting her into operation to be unpleasant. This smell will dissipate and is nothing to worry about. However, we understand that this can be unpleasant. Here is how to make it go away faster: At the back of Anna little you can find the air inlet. The air inlet is covered with an air filter and a grid. The grid is detachable, see picture. Please take off the grid and remove the air filter. You may wash out the air filter with a little bit of your favourite soap and warm water. Rinse it well and let it dry completely before you put it back on the air inlet and reattach the grid. The smell of the soap will conceal the unpleasant smell until it dissipates on its own. I wanted to follow up and say that I appreciate the customer service team at Stadler Form and their products are excellent. The customer service team was able to resolve our problem with our Little Anna.
